Q1. Do you offer a National Service?

We are a Midlands based company but may consider a contract for multi sites throughout the UK as long as we are confident that we could provide a consistent service that meets the client’s requirements.

Q2. What does your weekly charge include?


Generally we provide a full service that includes the supply of cleaning staff who are recruited, employed, fully trained, uniformed and managed by us. We do not use agency staff, relief staff are provided for sickness and holiday cover from our own pool of labour. The management is fully inclusive of all site supervision, administration, training, quality control and Health & Safety. Within the charge all required machinery, equipment and chemicals are supplied at the commencement of the contract and regularly reviewed in relation to the sites requirements. Fresh stocks are delivered fortnightly.

Q3. What Qualifications do you have to deal with Health & Safety and Employment Law?            

We employ independent Employment Law and Health & Safety consultants who inform and monitor our company on all its related procedures. Standard practice includes site and job specific Risk Assessments, Induction and Refresher Training, regular Health & Safety Audits and COSHH assessments.

Q4.What would happen to our existing cleaning staff?            

With the assistance of our Employment Law consultants we are fully conversant with T.U.P.E. so we can help guide you through a smooth transfer from your present contractor or directly employed staff. Staff who may seem to be of poor quality may do so because they have never been trained and motivated correctly. We often find that our methods change these individuals or soon root out those that perhaps should not have been employed in the first instance.

Q5. Are you insured?

In accordance with Employment Legislation we hold Employers Liability Insurance (£10,000,000) along with Public and Products Liability insurance (£2,000,000).            

Q6. Can you supply items such as Toilet Rolls etc?

We can supply, deliver and install all types of consumable items such as toilet rolls, hand towels, soap, air fresheners, black bags, bin liners, sanitary dispensers and disposal units etc. These items can be delivered within 24 hours with a delivery note and charged for as supplied.

Q7. Will we always have the same cleaning operative and do you pay at the minimum wage?

To maintain quality and performance generally we have the same operative carrying out the same job throughout the term of the contract apart from sickness and holiday periods. To ensure the recruitment of good quality staff all our staff are paid at rates over and above the minimum wage. This also reduces the level of staff turnover.
