Following an initial consultation meeting with a prospective client to establish all their needs and objectives, a full site survey would be carried out. From this meeting and survey, a full report and proposal would be prepared and presented back to the client.

Within the report there would be a full survey results and recommendations section, along with a method of operation, staffing suggestions, cleaning specification, chemical, products & machinery allocation.

Prior to commencement of contract the current cleaning staff would be interviewed to ensure we meet any T.U.P.E implications or alternative local staff would be recruited and appropriate references would be sought.

All new and transferred staff would be subject to R&D’s Induction Programme that includes an assessment of their current skills. The staff would then be trained appropriately in relation to their duties along with an introduction to Health & Safety including Risk Assessments and Safe Operating Procedures etc. Staff would be re-assessed periodically to ensure that they have the necessary skills to carry out their duties, on site, at all times.

On each contract one of the operatives would be a senior operative (Cleaning Site Supervisor) taking responsibility for the basic day to day control of the cleaning function including specific quality inspections and reporting directly to the Managing Director of R&D via the Area Manager / Service Manager.

With individual specifications, developed and reviewed to maintain a professional and quality driven service.

Each site will be supported by a local area manager, no more than 20 - 30 minutes away at any time.
