Prior to each particular task being carried out a client meeting would take place, followed by a full survey of the requirement. From this a quotation would be prepared including a risk assessment, method statement and a safe operating procedure.

R&D has experienced & professional teams of service staff who are trained appropriately to undertake a wide range of additional services.

The list of additional services is not restricted, however please be assured that we would only undertake work that we would be totally confident in completing the project to the client’s satisfaction and meeting all Health & Safety Regulations & Obligations.

Services include, floor stripping, re-polishing, painting, line marking, wall washing, high level cleaning, carpet and window cleaning and general maintenance.

All relevant staff are trained and fully licensed as appropriate e.g. IPAF (3A & 3B), FLT counterbalance, VNA Truck, PASMA etc.

These services are not restricted to our general area of operation, each request would be considered dependant on location and availability.
