All new staff are interviewed prior to commencement of employment and will only be selected after identification procedures are met (Passport, National Insurance Number, Birth Certificate etc) together with appropriate references. CRB checks will be carried out as necessary and logged appropriately.
All R&D staff will have suitable identification, R&D uniform or R&D tabard as appropriate. Part of the cleaning staffs Terms and Conditions of Employment will be that they must wear, at all times, whilst on client premises the R&D issued overall or tabard.
In high security areas or just to meet client specific needs photo identification badges can be issued to all appropriate staff.
Prior to commencement of contract we would need to be informed of any specific security requirements relating to the clients premises in order for our staff to conform and where possible we would suggest an out of hours client contact number was made available.
In accordance with legal requirements we have in place Employer’s Liability Insurance to the value of £10,000,000 along with Public Liability Insurance to the value of £5,000,000. Additional insurance cover can be provided if necessary for any other specific client circumstance.
